The Company began its operations in Kenya in 2009. The principal activity of the Company is to offer technical maintenance services through O&M agreements and to supply engines and turbo chargers spare parts and services to power generating companies and other related companies in Kenya. Currently it operates and maintains several power projects including the Triumph Power Plant Project, an 87 Megawatts oil fired power project located in Kitengela, Machakos County. The company also offers balancing and blasting of turbo charger rotors and ship maintenance services through a workshop established in Mombasa city. In year 2019, the company started offering Omnicare by selling spare parts and services to customers within Kenya and outside Kenya using brands outside MAN.
