Penta Flowers has for the past 10 years been exporting intermediate roses into the European market.The company currently grows roses under 25ha of greenhouses which it exports directly to supermarkets and wholesalers in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia and Holland. Penta Flowers is very conscious of the environmental and social issues and is listed as an MPS A grower as well as being MPS socially qualified. The company also sells its products under the Swiss fair trade label "Max Havelaar" into the Swiss supermarkets. The comany is in the process to be certified for MPS Gap as well as the German Fair Trade label "TransFair".
